Did you know that adding storytelling to speeches or presentations makes them 13 times more memorable?

The story comes from the book Made to Stick by Chip and Dan Heath (highly recommended, you should read it). 

They were teaching a class at Stanford University and asked their students to prepare and deliver a 1 min speech. On average, each speech contained 2.5 statistics or numbers - only 10% of students told a story. When they tested the audience 10 minutes later, 63% remembered the stories, while only 5% remembered the numbers.
