Wins

January is usually a pretty slow month for 13 Times - in January 2025 for instance Hari only taught 3 classes - 1 virtual Storytelling & Data and 2 in-person Storytelling for Business courses. In January 2024 there were only a handful of webinars.

January 2026 bucked that trend.

Last month we delivered

  • 3 Storytelling & Data classes - 2 in person and 1 virtual

  • 6 virtual Storytelling for Business modules

  • 2 Stage fright webinars

That’s an almost 200% increase in sessions delivered!

We’ve also formally brought on board 4 new storytelling trainers - you’ve already met Natalia and we’ll be introducing the others over the next few weeks.

Challenges

Hari got sick and spent 2 days on the sofa taking painkillers, watching Bridgerton, and building the LEGO Trevi Fountain.

She said she had to do something if she wasn’t going to work.

Timezones have also been a challenge this month but thankfully that’s just a short term thing. Bringing on associates from all over the world means getting everyone briefed and up to speed and finding a time to do that across 4 different time zones can be a bit of a challenge!

That knowledge transfer is now complete and 13 Times can now support virtual training across most of the world!

The month in numbers

11 virtual and in person training sessions delivered. 4 new storytelling associates joining the team. 2 sick days spent on the sofa
