February 2026 - round-up
Wins, challenges and the month in numbers for the shortest month of 2026.
There may have only been 28 days in the perfect rectangle of February but we didn’t stop moving.
Wins
We love a month that’s perfectly rectangular - looking at the calendar definitely made us grin!
Our prep work to deliver a programme of work to 150 people based all around the globe for one of our newest (soon to be favourite) clients began in earnest - virtual cohorts first met on March 3rd and will for 8 weeks, while later starts will run to the summer.
Aaron and Hari attended the CLO100 breakfast at World of Learning and learned an awful lot about uncertainty.
Hari finally fixed the typos in the Design Thinking card deck and got a new batch printed ready to teach that class in May.
Challenges
Since bringing Bron, Tash, Michelle, Karen and Natalia on board to join Hari and Riccardo as 13 Times trainers, we’ve been doing a lot of TTT sessions around our classes for clients. Juggling all those different dates (and time zones) hasn’t been easy, but luckily we now have more of Aaron’s time to support 13 Times’ growth, which has been so helpful!
A limited number of direct flights from London to Nuremberg meant Hari had to use a wide array of transportation methods to add another teaching location to her list - see the Linkedin post! Everything but the boat and the dog-sled, or at least that’s how it felt at the time!
The month in numbers
We taught:
5 webinars (3 overcoming stage fright, 2 data storytelling)
Travelled 1200 miles in 36 hours for an overseas class
10 virtual and in person classes
