Wins

Hari had some of the best snacks she’s ever had at a course in Manchester. Wasabi coated Macadamia nuts are amazingly good.

Aaron has managed to wrangle order out of chaos when it comes to our CRM and business development training. We even have a new Kanban board for tracking purposes! (You can take the storytellers out of the agile transformation projects but not the agile out of the storytellers…. or something like that).

March has been insanely busy with 28 different in-person and virtual training courses delivered. These were mostly virtual - one only of these was an in-person course,

Our biggest training programme to date is underway, and 26 of those 28 sessions were for that particular client - for whom we are delivering 3 courses across at least 8 timezones:

• Storytelling and Presentation Skills (5 modules)

• Facilitation Excellence (5 modules)

• Present, Facilitate, Deliver (8 modules)

We’ve also created new modules on

• Planning to influence

• Feedback and performance conversations

• Cultural communications

So our catalogue continues to expand!

Challenges

There are frankly not enough hours in the day! It’s wonderful to be busy but it sure is a lot of work!
