October 2025 - round-up
Wins, challenges and the month in numbers for October 2025.
Wins
A personal big win for me is that as this article is published I will (hopefully) be enjoying a half term holiday with the family. FTW!
It’s a good month overall, we had a brilliant day delivering a LEGO® Serious Play® for a major facilities organisation on their away day up near Bedford. We had to expand our LSP bags from 4 to 7 (and get Riccardo to bring his kit too) but who dislikes buying more LEGO®? Not us!
This was officially our biggest LSP event to date and the first time we had all 4 of the 13 Times team together at one event (note to self book more work like this, having the whole team in one place is a treat!).
Here we are with our mini-me LEGO® Minifigs:
We spent a brilliant 3 hours digging into transformation journeys with this client and had the brilliant feedback from the leadership of “I did come into this a bit of a cynic, but it was brilliant and we’ve learned so much.”
So that’s a pretty big win!

We also dropped in on World of Learning 2025 up in Birmingham. Such a treat to see all our colleagues and connections in the wider L&D industry. A very hectic 2 days!
Aaron and Hari travel back from WOL Birmingham.
Challenges
October is when Autumn really kicks in, and training wise it was quieter than September - not as many Data sessions this month. Looking forward to 2026, we realised we’d like to run some public facing courses again - not all organisations have the budget for a private course, but they can choose to buy a few seats on a shared session. Of course now that means we have to start marketing those courses, which is not exactly my favourite thing to do. I’m so glad we have Hayley to help us do that!
If you’re interested in coming along, let us know.
